Austria - Pipeline example that outputs various maps

These are the results of trying out various ideas for a fully automated pipeline for country/world mapping.
Fully scalable in resolution, it outputs the following maps at the moment:
- Satelite
- Satelite dark, a nighttime impression
- Occlusion
- Cavity
- Curvature
- Thickness
- Roads
- Buildings
- FBX for 3d printing
